To further accelerate our growth in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Business Developer who helps new customers create concrete impact on their cash flow and payment processes.

‍Job description

As a Business Developer at POM, you help organizations make their entire Invoice-to-Cash process smarter and more efficient. You engage with companies that want to gain control over late payments, digitize their processes, and sustainably improve their cash flow.

Your responsibilities

• Actively approaching organizations that want to strengthen their Invoice-to-Cash process.
• Primarily building long-term relationships with new customers.
• Pitching and demonstrating the POM platform and its solutions.
• Analyzing customer processes and translating them into concrete solutions.
• Negotiating and closing commercial contracts.

You report directly to the Commercial Director of POM Belgium.

Your profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Insight into invoicing, payment, and debt collection processes.
• Affinity with software and digital solutions.
• Strong communication skills (Dutch and French) and a strong commercial drive.
